Making the world a better place. Looking at everything happening and then I always ask myself can one person change the world and make it a better place? This would be the most stressful thing to do as making a change just on your own might take a long time but then like they always say “Change begins with you” So I think it is possible to make the world a better place but then it will require time, effort and connections.

So if I had the power to make the world a better place there are lots of things I would do differently because I feel they would bring about the change and development that the world needs. Changes start from little things, spreading kindness and positivity. Things could start changing if I could try to spread positivity first and let people know that there is a way forward and things could get better. These little things could seem irrelevant but they have a massive impact and could affect 60-70percent of the world.
The next action I will take is the Eradication of Corrupt leaders in power. There are some courses of action one would love to take to ensure that the world becomes a better place but most times these actions could be hindered by corrupt leaders in power as they tend to collect everything in their favor and that of their families leaving the masses to their fates. These corrupt leaders are most times above the law so they fear nothing. If I had the power to make the world a better place I would get those corrupt leaders removed from their offices since they contribute poorly to society.
What is a world without adequate social amenities? there are parts of the world that lack good water, lack electricity, and also many more. If I could start by working on providing social amenities in places that need it then there would be an improvement in the world. People could stay in good health and then bother about more important things to help with their lives instead of worrying about how to get good water and good roads.
Provide Job opportunities and training to many. People participate in most society vices due to no job. They make the society unbearable to live in. Lack of employment has turned most youths into terrible things all because they are idle and in need of money. If I could make the world a better place then I would be concerned about how to provide jobs for people that way society's vices would be reduced and then there would be less corruption in the world.
Investing in the Educational system as well, it is terrible when you see little kids on the road begging for alms or hawking while their mates are in schools because their parents can’t afford their tuition fees. Taking these kids to schools and taking care of their tuition fees will go a long way in improving the situation of the world at large.
I don’t think we should only make the world a better place when we are given the chance to. Little efforts could help in one way or the other. Spreading love and empathy and doing little things could help improve someone’s life. So most times if everyone wants change and works towards it then the world could be a better place.
