Yes that is a terrible situation, but I feel the woman has invested so much to leave that marriage. If she leave and marry someone else she would still be expected to give birth, or she rather stay alone without getting married, which some ladies cannot bear being lonely. The husband should should just understand and know that her life is at risk if she keep giving birth.
He is just selfish
