Oh, my world, my superwoman, my cheerleader, my support system, that’s who my grandmother is to me, Infact she's more than these. This picture of her might seem ordinary to others, may not be the clearest or the most perfect photo, but to me, it means more than words could ever describe. It is more than just an image, it is a piece of my heart, a connection to a woman who shaped my life in ways words cannot express.

When I look at this picture, I can only see love, sacrifice, and the strength of a woman who gave everything, even when she had so little, she gave, not thinking about herself. My grandmother has not just been a caretaker, she was the foundation upon which our family stood, I remember in my nursery and primary school days, my grandma would wake up as early as she could, prepare I and my siblings for school and still take us to school, backing my younger brother and carrying me in her hands. She always carried the weight of so many responsibilities with a gentle smile, she never complains, always showing up, always giving her all. She still does all of these till today, despite her age. I've not seen a better grandma.
This one picture holds all of that, the sacrifices, the emotions, and the legacy of her strength.
It reminds me of countless moments that defined my childhood, the times she would stay up late just to make sure we were okay, the comforting meals she always prepared and still prepares with love, and all of the stories she told that carried wisdom you wouldn't find in books.
This picture has been in my phone for a long time now, and it's does not only reminder of her face while I'm away from home, it is a reminder of her presence, the warmth of her embrace, the calmness of her voice, and the peace that surrounded her whenever she prayed.
Even though she may not be physically here with me, this picture keeps her in my heart always. Every time I see it, I feel her watching over me, guiding me silently whole I'm here. It reminds me that strength is not only in loud words, but in love that she gives without expecting anything in return.

Most times life feels heavy, I look at this picture and remember how she handled her struggles with grace, I remember that I don't have to give up. It gives me courage to keep moving, to stand firm, and to live in a way that would make her proud.
