Hello friends how are you all? I hope you are very well. My post today is about roadside Jhalmuri shops. Jhalmuri is a traditional dish of our country. Almost all of us love this dish. Jhalmuri is a tradition of our country. This food has been coming to our country for ages. Almost everyone likes to eat muridi made of rice.

We have some traditional dishes that we eat almost. This Jhalmuri is one of them. Which I also like to eat.

I can say that almost 90% people of our Bangladesh have eaten Jhalmuri. Because this dish is popular with almost everyone, young and old. Jhal muridi is usually made with rice made muridi and other ingredients are served along with it. One of these is jhal, onion, beet salt, pepper, different types of spices for spreading jhalmuri, oil and many other things.

This Jhalmuri is very famous not only in our country but also in various countries of South Asia. It is in high demand especially in India.

The jhalmuri shop you see in my post is a jhalmuri shop in our area. This shop sits on the road side. People love to eat jhalmuri from his shop. This jhalmuri is very popular especially among school and college students. That's why he has given this jhalmuri shop right in front of the school. When the school holidays are over, students throng his shop to eat jhal muridi. The oil used for his jhal muridi is in other words amazing.

Due to which people eat a little bit more of it. He mixes a mug with various ingredients and serves it to people on a plastic sheet or a book page.

He charges from 10 taka to 50 taka for Jhalmuri. Apart from Jhalmuri, other dishes are also available in his shop. Basically, his main business is a smart shop. He sells this jhalmuri with alacrity. In short, he is doing two businesses at once. Due to which he earns more profit. He earns around 30000 to 40000 taka per month from this Jhalmuri shop. Because his jhalmuri shop is so famous, people come from far and wide to eat his jhalmuri.

I have been eating his jhalmuri since childhood. It's a situation where his fringe is sticking to my face. Anyway, I still eat jhalmuri in his shop. A few days ago I went to his shop to eat Jhal Muri. I liked it very much. So this was my writing I hope you all like my post.
