Recognition has special significance for all of us working diligently in the background. Seeing @Wellsforall highlighted on the ACT4SDGs Global Map wasn't just another reference. It was an important reminder that hard work travels.

With decentralised funding and community-driven support from the Hive blockchain, we were able to install 25 borehole water systems. Each borehole is more than a piece of infrastructure. It's dignity, access, and the simple yet life-changing ability to have clean water.

The significance of reaching this milestone is the way it was achieved. Communities didn't wait for traditional systems or slow-moving bureaucratic processes. We used decentralised methods to empower ourselves to vote, approve and fund tangible development that would positively affect their lives.

Our Registered Actions show how we see this bigger picture: linking water accessibility to education, health and community resilience over time. We design these initiatives not as individual projects but as foundational building blocks to create sustainable transformations.

Each Borehole Tells A Story. The photos taken along our journey represent the technological aspect of our efforts, the excitement of the community, and the human aspect of development – proof that technology-enabled impact is not theory; it is visible and quantifiable.

This recognition is motivating. However, the mission is still incomplete. Continued growth will require partnership, collaboration and the willingness of visionary thinkers to challenge the status quo and expand boundaries. The work is continuing.
