Reflecting on the resources we've spent on outside print jobs, it's evident that having our own printing equipment and devices might be a game changer. By opening our own shops and businesses, we could not only save money but also guarantee that each item of print work met our exacting standards and vision.

The money now spent on transferring print work may be reallocated to other critical areas of our projects, improving our whole monetary condition as well as enabling greater tactical investment. This transition can free up resources for future innovation and expansion of our activities.

With direct monitoring of the manufacturing process, we can ensure that each prints job meets our high standards. This control reduces mistakes, maintains consistency, and ensures that the finished goods represent the hive brand's values and beauty. We would no longer have to rely on other vendors' timelines and quality requirements.

Having our own print facilities provides us with customisation and freedom, allowing us to get creative with new designs and procedures without the constraints put on us by external manufacturers.

Keeping brand integrity is essential for today's global businesses. When we supervise the printing procedure, we can ensure that every product, such as marketing materials and formal papers, aligns with our brand rules. Using our own print places of work, we can achieve quicker processing times for urgent print tasks and provide a competitive advantage by allowing us to respond quickly to market needs and capitalise on opportunities as they emerge.

To make this vision a reality, we must join hands together and combine our resources and talents. The first step is to invest collaboratively. By investing in the essential equipment as a group, we may reduce individual expenditures while sharing advantages.

Creating a strategy plan outlining equipment procurement and marketing initiatives to recruit external clients would help assure our print shop's success. Your views and feedback to this will be good. Let me know what your thoughts are on this.

Having a print shop will definitely bring a lot of advantages like reduction of processing cost as you explained and having a product specification that meets your test with timely delivery as at when needed.

Another thing to also consider is the cost of maintenance and availability of power plus cost of processing with respect to energy consumption. These challenges I think are common to every business.

But on a general note, I think if the printing shop is well managed it'll be more advantageous generally.
Great job with the team 👍
