To me the Fintech Connect Conference in London was something beyond your normal tech conference. It was an expression of community, innovation and connection. What I found most impressive about the conference was the networking bar sponsored by Hive.
As soon as you walked into this space, the Hive presence could not be denied. The colour scheme, the branding and the overall energy of the space combined to create an environment that felt immediately connected to the other elements of the conference.
The Hive logo was a special bar, providing a bright but creating an atmosphere in this space that felt like one of the best places to be at the entire conference venue.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the Hive Networking Bar also provided an atmosphere that fostered connection among attendees. Drinks were being held in every hand, people were laughing, having deep and meaningful conversations, developing new business relationships, and exchanging ideas.
Watching the enjoyment that attendees were experiencing within a space where Hive's identity and values were front and centre reminded me that blockchain is more than technology. Blockchain represents community. Blockchain represents creativity. Blockchain represents connection.
Knowing the positive impact that Hive's Blockchain has had in peoples' lives through projects such as WellsForAll, watching the Hive brand shine brightly during this event was especially meaningful to me. The Hive Networking Bar was far more than a place to get a cup of coffee or drink. The Hive Networking Bar represented what Hive truly is: a welcoming and empowering ecosystem that brings people together.

I left the event inspired, I left the event thankful and I left the event with pride. While the event itself was powerful, it was the Hive Networking Bar that made the event unforgettable.
