RE: The Ethical Complexities of Abortion

in HiveGhana • last year

I totally respect your take on this topic 💯.

The government should frown at this act just to protect our girls

How about the babies, should they be brought to this world to suffer coz of such a law?

Religiously it's totally wrong to abort a child, but Everybody has a right to their own body, and should do whatever they want and of course with a doctors advice.
It's better they create an awareness for it. Like pills to take after sex and so on and so forth.

Should I be forced to carry a baby, just coz my condom broke and I got pregnant knowing fully well that I'm not emotionally, physically and financially stable?

Should a rape victim be forced to carry her pregnancy to full term coz of such a law?

Should a mother of 10 be forced to carry an 11th child coz of such a law considering there's no complications in her pregnancy? Let's consider the fact that she did family planning but she still got pregnant.

What am I trying to say, abortion isn't right, but also implementing such a law isn't right either.
