Few days to today has really been a hard one for me , dealing with disappointment, betrayal and lies really got me heartbroken.
All this got me doubting myself and had to ask around to be sure of myself.
The ups and downs of life weighs us down and it brings about doubt to the type of person we are.

Smiling has been a part of me , it is said that people who smile a lot have so much pain to endure, well we need endurance because life is not easy .
And one good thing about smile is that it helps to ease the pains.
I love sharing and i love helping people around me and such acts gives me joy, because i am happy when people around me are happy, i pass positive vibes, and that led to my name nancysmile.

Speaking of work, yes am a hairstylist and though stressful i derive joy from the end result, i just dont braid i involve them in my work, cos you need to smile that is part of my work.
After the few days incident i came to find out that it hurts me because i love them, I have fellow feeling, kindness , hard working, painstaking and humble.
Such qualities are needed in life well am not bragging about it we are imperfect and sometimes we make mistakes, we feel bad and get emotional sometimes buh that proves we are human.
But reminding ourselves of the good in us will help us not to loose ourselves or look down on ourselves it boost the energy in us .
And it helps to focus our mind on how to develop more wonderful qualities such as self control, contentment and other wonderful qualities in order to maintain our joy in life.
I have a large heart and this wonderful quality in me helps me to be accommodating and it brings me joy
With me there is always a smile
Happiness is a priority, making out time to reflect on this wonderful qualities of ours brings joy to the soul.
