Happy New to all of us, the month of love has been quite promising so far, very exciting things have already happened and we are all looking forward to even more exciting days ahead. So if you are yet to experience and love and joy that comes with February do not fret, more days ahead.

Anyway, so yesterday was a Sunday as we all know Hive Ghana has it has its weekly discord hangout on Sundays. It is a time and an opportunity to learn and share our knowledge and experiences so together we can grow as a community and yesterday was no exception to that. For those of you who couldn't make it, i'd say you missed out big time.
The Hangout
So our theme for yesterday's meeting was on branding or creating a niche for yourself on the blockchain. Before we got to the topic of discussion though we had a recap from @nhaji concerning last week meet which was a great moment for all who missed out on the previous meeting to learn.
She followed it with the weekly community update for which community members were commended for their contribution and engagement in the community in recent days, it has become the norm to find members always engaging other posts which is very positive and a great incentive to authors. We encourage that we all continue this line of practice as it is good for the community.

Next, we had some amazing stories shared by attendees about their Valentine celebration, amazing moments that they enjoyed, the beautiful gifts they received, there were some who had also gotten their hearts broken and we did well to console them, some also wanted to go back for the gifts they gave their crushes because they felt it had not being appreciated and we had to them out of it but in all it was a fun time to hear all these stories.
Then we came to make topic of finding a niche for oneself for which we learnt that branding take time and it should be taken seriously by all members, one has to find what they are very good at, something that comes so natural to them creating content doesn't necessarily take all their time or the entire day to do so since when it happens like that they put so much in it and expect so much that not getting votes tend to be demoralizing and they give up quickly.
Meanwhile finding a niche and being recognized for your talent takes lots of time, it demands patience and consistency for people to notice you and appreciate the work that you do. We also had some additional inputs from members where they own experiences regarding finding a niche motivated all of us to keep going and to keep trying. In the end it was a fun time together and we simply can't wait for the beginning of another week.
