WHY YOU SHOULDN'T JUDGE BY A SOCIAL MEDIA LIFESTYLE

For the past few years i've refrained myself from publishing posts on social media platforms like my facebook account and page that has been ideal for nearly half a decade now and this is because i lost interest in publishing a post not even a single photo or motivational talks be it for fun or not and this is due to the level of competitions i find amongst my peers and other users challenging themselves with fake lives on social media.
I'll use facebook and instagram as an example, a lot of these users do not live their actual real lives as what they've made us believe online.

With a personal point of view, i'll say that out of 100% of social media users, about 10 percent of them actually live their real lives and lifestyle on the internet while about 60 percent of users live a fake and influential life that is far different and completely opposite from who they are in the real world while 20 percent are neither living a real nor fake life, these group of people are mere internet users who prefer admiring your own contents other than posting ad showcasing theirs and i happen to fall under this category of users.

We really shouldn't judge people by their social media profiles based on the above reasons mentioned. and i refrained from displaying my lifestyle on the internet especially social media platforms like instagram since the day i realized most users were living fake lives just to attract a number of audience and gain fame on the space and i am not ready for such competitions in life therefore, i prefer admiring the fake lives and their contents on the space rather than be a part of it.

Let me share a typical occasion why you should never judge people by their social media profiles and lifestyles on the internet.
Some years ago i found this girl on social media instagram to be precise, what really attracted me to her was the fact that we lived in the same location and attended same school but she wasn't looking familiar to me and she was damn cute having these huge curves on her body, of course you should know what these curves are. this alone fueled my curiosity getting to know her even more.

While on social media she happen to be this girl who displays her curves a lot in a seductive way so i didn't mind being seduced at that point. but the whole story changed the day i finally met her accidentally. she was never that big ass and curvey kind of girl rather, i found out she was only manipulating her pictures with some special photo editing softwares and applications that added up extra flesh to her skin and puffed her shape out. to be honest i felt disappointed but couldn't tell it to her face although despite being disappointed, i wasn't so surprised after all because i knew what social media was and the people we come across on a daily having various intensions on the space.

Lastly, judging people by their social media profiles can be very unwise and deceiving as well especially if they are these category of people who try to gain more followers and interactions by showcasing themselves, looking big and loving large with a fancy lifestyle. get to know them in person first before concluding on them. do have a great day friends. cheers 🥂.

“Fake life” lol yes if you say so. When you take pictures on the internet looking like a mad man no one likes it.
You could go out with your friends after saving up for it and people will still tag it fake life😂.
Yeah most people on socials live to impress others that no lie. But not everyone living a good life on social is living a fake life based on the percentage you said.

Lol, well, so bad we can't even distinguish between the fake life and the real life anymore.
Let's just enjoy social media the way it is.
Well those percentages were my POV like I said, not a general conclusion 😁❤️ thanks

You’re welcome brother

People just post what they want their followers it believe on social media, therefore deceiving people.

Things are never really as they seem on social media

I don’t know if I should laugh or not
Man was moved by curves😂😂
Well I’m not surprised that you are not surprised it’s really something that happens on social media and people use that place to fix their life and body insecurities claiming to who they are not
