Hello my Ghanaian community welcome to week 124 posting . I'm excited about the topics for this week and am so looking forward to dropping my story.
So had lost a lot of weight all of a sudden in the year 2023 and I have been maintaining that shape and figure so that picture goes into every phone and it's always my screen saver.
Now it was my cousin's wedding and she asked me to be one of her bridesmaids. I was so thrilled to be one of her bridesmaids. Seeing how I looked ordinarily and imagining my in a dress of a bridesmaid I knew I will be so stunning and gorgeous in the dress.
But then I had to wait to fit in the dress when we get to the wedding venue which was at Anambra that's out side Lagos.

So I had to wait a month from when the dress was ready to try the dress and that will be the eve of the wedding.
You won't understand why I am talking so much about this picture of wait until you see it. I feel I have even. Added a bit weight from then so the picture is really dear to my heart ❤️.
What's with a picture?
It holds memories that one wants to keep close to ones heart that feeling can't be replaced by anything or anyone.
A picture brings beautiful smiles to one's face. Even when you are down that picture can lift your spirit.
This is what my picture does for me and the aim reason why it's my screen saver
I look at it when am down I'my spirit and then you see me smile 😊. Brings me to a conclusion that a picture also serves as a therapeutic measure one should indulge in or do.

And I hear there are some people that don't take pictures like how do they treasure Life's gifts!
I ask I take pictures randomly on Sundays on my way to church and sometimes afterwards. But that's me that helps be treasure the very moment. To the people that don't take pictures am sorry how do you live? Honestly I need to know. For me this picture is very important because it's open new doors for me to walk into. I may not be a model but this is me enjoying my new look. Having being very chubby growing up and turning into this beautiful look. I take advantage always to display myself. Many of my friends have asked me to share the secret to my weight loss so they may as well try it.

But I told them I don't have one I just lost weight like that without doing anything and that's the truth.
