Hello everyone! It is a pleasure to participate in this week's engagement. I would like to share my post on one of the topics for this week about my support for Android or iOS. This is an interesting topic, and I am happy to share my post and look forward to learning from you too.
Google's Android and Apple's iOS are operating systems in mobile technology, and they are known on smartphones and tablets. These two operating systems are built with unique features and interfaces for their users. Google's Android is a Linux-based OS, and it has more PC like features than IOs. My judgment on devices with these OSs is going to be based on the software and hardware.
Users of these operating systems on various mobile devices have had different views of their judgment of these devices. Research shows that there are more Android device users than IOs. This is not a guarantee that Android devices are superior to iOS devices.
The Android device is built on the Linux kernel, which makes it an open-source operating system. These expose the software to security vulnerabilities and therefore compromise the safety of user data. We use mobile devices, but we never thought of how we interact with hardware and software. It is the responsibility of the software to communicate with hardware components and provide an interface for applications to run on them.
Apple's iOS is not open source, so the security of these devices cannot be compromised. These devices are seen as more user-friendly than Android devices. The uniform built-in elements of this software make it more user-friendly.
The security of a device is compromised when it is connected to devices on the internet. Android devices are open source, while Apple is not open source. Since Apple devices are not open source, it is difficult to break the security patches to steal user data.
I would not talk about the hardware part, which I see as more competitive with Android and iOS devices. I only talked about the software, which provides various ways of controlling the interaction of hardware components, such as battery optimization and GUIs.
