Thanks! Honestly, as far as working with the engine, it does not feel all that different. The UI change is kind of nice but really they just shrunk the top ribbon style bar down to a smaller icon toolbar. And made the content panel easy to toggle (though you can just pin it like before still too.) Otherwise it is about the same.

The new features seem to stay out of the way unless you actually want to use them. Or start a new project. The Lumen lighting will be default for new projects. But it is actually kind of nice.

This is just as much reason not to bother making the switch until it is production ready as it is to make the switch now though haha.

Unless you really want to use one of the new features, it probably is not worth the bother.

It does transition rather seamlessly though. We made a copy of our entire project then opened it in Unreal 5. And it basically just opened without any problems. Some settings did not follow but those were easily updated.

Granted, you have a lot more progress in your game than we do in ours I think, so may not be the same experience.
