RE: Looking forward to the next few days.

Carlsberg don't do weekends......

Man, that's some line up... You'll be in a hape after all that but it'll be worth it! Kilkenny will be dangerous but I fancy ye to beat them in extra time.

Gills is a good spot before the game usually and there's obviously Quinns as well which is pretty close to where the Big Tree was.

Then you've the golf and an absolute array of talent, that'll be pure class.. its something else watching them in real life, they make the game look so effortless with their swings that don't look super fast, but are because everything is in check and the core is wound up like a spring....

Then finish off with the music festival... Some buachaill! Are you from Lisdoonvarna or is if a different festival?

It's going to be some tough weekend for the body.
I'm not used t these days anymore.

Never was a huge fan of quinns with all the dubs around but ill keep an eye out for gills.

Looking forward to the golf and seeing the best in the world. I did stewarding for the irish open in lahinch the last time around so it was class to be on the teeboxes with the golfers and watch them in action.

Really want to see tiger and rory though as this could be the last time tiger ever plays in ireland the way he is going.

Going to the willie clancy week in miltown. That's the home place. 10 days of drink, trad and total carnage.

Are you heading to any of these yourself? Golf or hurling.

10 days of drink, trad and total carnage.

Sounds mighty!!

I know what you mean about the body! I've a stag in Munich in September ans I'm excited, yet afraid! Not able for the multiple nights. I can go hell for leather for one night no bother, but the next night I'll be in bits! 🤣

Fair point about Quinns, it's a kip, but can be ok on match day. They do a nice pint of Guinness in Bertie's local Fagans too, but you're getting a bit further from Croke park..

I'm not travelling up as I've a good friend's wedding in Galway and it'll be a two day affair, day one will be epic and day two I'll be goosed.

Hopefully ye do a job on the Cats, they'll be tough to beat, but ye will have a bit too much for them I feel.
