Hello splinterlands nerds and geek, today i will be sharing my top five favorite monsters in the life splinter, i believe every player also have their top five favorite monsters that they use whenever they are making use of this splinter...
The life splinter is filled with so many monsters with great stats that it seems so difficult to pick the monsters atimes but i have grown above getting confused the monsters i want to use when using the life splinter, it all depends on the rules am given and mostly the time i use this particular splinter is either when i am going fully with sneak monsters or the rules which says magic monsters can't be used....
The top five cards are:
- Shieldbearer
- Angel of light
- Silvershield Assassin
- Silvershield Paladin
- Air elemental
The shieldbearer is a rare monster with three unique abilities at max, it has the taunt, shield and return fire.. I love it as it is a great distraction for the melee and range attacks and also range attack monsters suffer when they attack it, i use it mostly in rules that no magic monsters, i do make sure to use a monster with resurrect ability along so he can be resurrected when the opponent monsters finally take him down and i can also feel the pain of my opponent when he has to kill it again after getting resurrected.... It has a weakness which are the magic monsters so i never use it if there is 10% chance of my opponent coming with the magic monsters..
The Angel of light is another monster in the life monsters that i often use, if you think cos it is beautiful you are absolutely right lol but also i use it for her amazing abilities which are resurrection healing , flying and inspire, since most time i use life splinter i go with full sneak, those four abilities help a great deal as the inspire gives my melee attacks one additional melee power and also the resurrection gives the first monster that died a second chance which increases my chance of winning the battle, i really do love angel of light!
I used to think assassin is a male figure not until i look closer and realised she is a female, i was so surprised as it takes me months before i figured that out but the gender doesn't matter, i love this card for her two strike and poison ability, even tho it consumes mana, but i will still find a way to put it in my sneak battles, her poison do work great atleast 65% of her attacks...
This is still the best frontline for the life splinter, it is quite hard for melee and range attack monsters to take it down due to his armor and also magic monsters suffer from his magic reflect abilities, i use it in mostly in rules like only common monsters can be used, in all melee can attack rules too, i do place it at the front and will make sure i use a resurrect monster along with it.... It also last longer when you use a monster with repair ability along with it in battle, a good example is the armor smith...
This is air elemental and it amaze me why monsters do miss it so much in battles not until i figured out that high speed and doge ability is what makes it untouchable for some monsters, i do love to place it at the back as it helps to protect the team from sneak monsters....
