There are some set of people to run from in this life if you are someone that prioritize your peace of mind. I have come in contact with some people who made me understand that people you roll with affect your life 90%, one way is you might start acting like them but another way is they might make you rate yourself useless which is not true.
1 .People that don't say sorry: oh, I despise someone that would never admit they did they are in the wrong, they are always right now matter what, they never admit they might be wrong about what they said or anything. They can affect your mental stability negatively,they can make you think you are cracy,they make you feel you are always the wrong one. So, you feel afraid to accuse them,you keep more to yourself with them and can't speak up that you are angry. Run from such a person before they send you psychiatric hospital.
Another one is people that don't give credit: This set of people will never see others work good, they will always complain that it's not good and perfect,even if they can't do it, they would claim it's easy to do and that person does not know what he or she is doing. They never give credit for any job done by other people. If you notice this attribute in a person, better take a run, you won't grow with them, they will always discourage you,you will feel little of yourself.
People who will always tell you to trust them:There are some things that you do not need someone to tell you before you know, part of which is trust. If a person has to tell you to trust him or her that means his or her actions says otherwise that's why he is saying it through words. "Real Trust" doesn't need words .
These are few characters of toxic people. Toxic people will make you age faster, will make you lose confidence of yourself, will low your self esteem, will affect your mental health. Run from them because they will never change,in their head they think that you are the one who has a problem and not them . So, don't dare to play their games ,stay away ,cut ties with them and never look back.
