Today I finally have something to tell you about a few trips that I made these past few days. Because, this time I have some spare time to take my phone out and snaps a few photos to share with all of you.
I don't have the photo of the start of today's trip, but there some funny story after we arrive at the destination. We were seperated by the group leader who know the temple that we will actually visit today. But since from the run down, that the place that we visit is Tampak Siring (the place of the holysprings) we all went there as we all know that this is the place where most of the people will get the holy water from the spring for the ceremony.
Here we are at he parking lot, trying to contact the group leader, which was nowhere to be found at the time we arrive there. Apparently we end up at the different place, as they will get the holy water from a different temple, but still around the area. What a funny story really, as it seems we are all clueless.

After a few phone calls and a Google Maps location sharing, we finally reach the temple, which it actually really close from where we park earlier, like two minute drive. Here you can see the car of the group leader already park nicely in front of the main gate of the temple.

And this is the name of the temple, Pura Pegulingan. This is the very first time I visit the temple. There is something really interesting that I see and learn when I enter the temple, and it will give you the beauty of the Balinese Hindu, and how it combine with the other religion.

entering the middle ground, I notice this statue under the tree. A little hints for you if you know what I mean.

Another interesting thing is that there are another smaller temple compound, inside the main temple compound, kinda like a temple inside a temple. The info fromt he locals that were coincidently praying at the temple said that this is like a miniature temple for antoher big temple that is very far away from this place. So when they want to play for that said temple, they will do it here without the need to there.

and interesting statue on one of the shrine.

Now here is the main compound of the temple. It is like a Stupa for the Buddist right? I was surprise, but not shocked as I know that we have a very close connection of Hindu and Budha, two different religion now, but here they mixed, and in some place become one.

Where there is the Stupa on the left side, here on the right side there are a few shrine that is a place for us Hindu to pray, but we also pray at the Stupa. which show how we all interconected and mixed so well fom the past, and still carried out in the present time.

Its praying time, the last shots before we all praying in front of the Buddist Stupa, in the middle of a Hindu Temple. :)
