Hello splinterlands lovers. How are you today? I have been busy these days which made me not want to play splinterlands. I would have written this post.
I took some students to an Olympiad competition and it took us 12 hours to get back home. I woke up as early as 5:am preparing for the journey: I spent 30 minutes before I got out of my room.
Me and my students got to the venue at 9:45 am; I registered with the four students at the examination venue on our arrival. I went to a restaurant to get breakfast for myself. The quiz started at 12:00pm.
The quiz finished at 3:00pm; and we boarded the bus to our location. We reached our destination at 6:30 pm. Though the venue was not that far, it was the bad road and traffic that made the journey long.
I am a Chelsea fan, and always support Chelsea in every match: I wasn’t happy with the result because I wanted Chelsea to win the match. It was a big disappointment for me when Casemiro equalized in added time.
DIEMONSHARK is one of the water monsters with amazing ability. One of the abilities is trample ability which is the primary ability of diemonshark. The trample ability is activated when a monster with trample kills a monster in battles. This monster performs another attack when it kills.
Another ability is enraged ability, monster with enrage ability increase the melee attack and spend when damage. This gives more advantage to such monsters to attack faster and damage.
The last ability of this monster is the retaliate ability: monsters with retaliate ability have the chance of attacking the attacker. This can only happen when the attacker is a melee monster.
RULESET
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: all monsters have the opportunity ability.
LOST LEGENDARY: legendary monsters may not be used in the battles.

MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT
DIEMONSHARK: The best position for this monster is the first position. Though no matter where I use diemonshark in the battle, it would attack because the opportunity rule gives a chance to any monster regardless of their positions.
The reason I positioned diemonshark in the first position is the armor; this armor made it difficult for the first monster in my opponent's lineup to attack its health.
It was in the last round that the health of diemonshark was damaged by Ant miner.
The trample ability was another reason I used it here: unfortunately, the trample activity was not activated. This was because the diemonshark was not opportune to kill a monster.
VENARI WAVESMITH: The protected ability was very important in this battle: if not the protected ability, the furious chicken would have been killed by a serpentine soldier.
Venari wavesmith was the reason behind why furious chicken was not killed at first attack, gave armor to all friendly monsters that made it difficult for opponent's monsters to kill and delayed the killing of all friendly monsters.
WATER ELEMENTAL: I knew this monster would take a longer time before elimination because of the healing ability.
I needed a monster that would delay the attack; this is the reason I used water elemental in this battle.
FURIOUS CHICKEN: I knew furious chicken would be the first monster to attack in my line up.
What Will i try differently next time?
This is not my first time using diemonshark. I have used this monster in different positions, almost all positions. The Good News is that diemonshark worked for me in all positions. One thing that is sure is that I will use this monster based on the rules of the battles. That is how you can make use of the most of this monster.
Suing it when the rules did not support it simply means you are ready to lose the battles.
I really like this monster and will use it when it is needed.
