Hello Splinterlands lovers, how are you feeling today?
I want to say hello to my friends in hive and all other social media I have been sharing Splinterlands contents for many years now. I know many of you have been reading my posts on different social media; some of you have joined and some of you have still not made decisions to join because of one or two things.
Some of my friends contacted me saying that they would love to join the game, I told them that it is very simple to join.
The mistake I made was not sending them my referral link, I thought it is just the same whether someone joins with your referral link or not.
One day a player was telling me that she received a gift due to some players she referred to. I don’t know how true it was but I believed her because she is my friend.
I invited more than two friends. The most serious friends among them bought summoner's spellbook and continued playing the game.
The last time I checked one of them, she had already gotten over 150,000 collection power while I am still 140,000. That is dramatic change and speed. I was very happy about her achievement. She is involved in many contests in hive, receiving upvotes from whales, and using his money to buy packs and rent cards.
This is one of the secrets I am revealing to my friends; you don't need to have $3,000 in your pocket before you join Splinterlands, though capital is needed but you must make yourself ready that you really want to do it.
Well! If you have money to invest more than $3,000, that is good and profitable. When you invest such an amount of money, it is 100% sure that you will be making your profit.
If you don't have such an amount, you can also start: the difference is that the process will be very slow. You just need to work hard through different means to make your account bigger.
I invited @crystalhive to the hive and Splinterlands. He registered for the game; I was telling him to buy summoner's spellbook so that he can use those free cards and invest little by little in the game. I even told him to start making splinterlands posts, that he can make two per week.
I taught him how to play the game, put him through and directed him to @splinterlands blog where he would learn from players that shared their posts and videos.
I was doing all these things so that he can have a source of passive income because he said he really needs other sources of income to support him financially.
I made one Splinterlands post for him so that he can also learn from it. With all my efforts to make sure he learns the game and adapts to the system: the Splinterlands post I made for him was the first and last Splinterlands post he made.
For the past six months he had not posted and hadn't bought the summoner's spellbook.
I also invited many people who could not do it. They had the time but could not do it.
This reminds me that when people see that you are making progress in a particular area of life, they tend to be fascinated and try to ask your questions so that they can also do the same; maybe it will produce the same result.
They forgot that the man that is making progress now had ups and downs when he started.
I asked one of them, why don't you post again?
He said, "because I don't receive upvotes, I can't waste hours writing articles and, in the end, I won't get anything from it. It’s annoying".
I told him that you should try harder and make quality posts. You will surely be rewarded for it. The first thing is to write something that will motivate the readers. Something that will inspire them.
I was posting articles for months without getting a penny when I started in steem; that did not stop me from making posts. I realized that I did not make quality articles and I wasn't good enough at constructing English; not that I am good now but I am trying my best. I believe that consistency would make me good, hence I never stop learning, reading and writing.
I am writing to motivate those who find it hard to play Splinterlands and post in hive.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SPLINTERLANDS GAME
Splinterlands is a card game, and #play2earn game. This simply means, you earn a non-fungible token while playing it. In Splinterlands, when you win ranked battles, you will be rewarded with Splinterlands governance token (SPS); this SPS can be converted to your country fiat currency.
Not only playing games but it is an investment opportunity for anyone that is interested in investing.
There are many people who don't play Splinterlands but have invested in the game while some also play the game and also invested. They earn money through different sources in Splinterlands. Validator node license, Runni, cards, staking sps, packs are all investments.
There are investors in Splinterlands that bought thousands of packs; the reason is that when the packs are no longer in the market or the price of the packs increases, they sell those packs at that particular period of time.
There are players who rented out all their cards and some rented out some cards they did not use while battling. Each rented card has a particular price for everyday which is paid to the account of the owner of the cards.
Many players are making money through rent on a daily basis.
SHORT AND MIGHT BATTLE
The battle was very short but mighty. The moment I saw the silvershield assassin in my opponent's lineup, I lost hope of winning the battle. Because of the poisoning ability in silvershield assassin.
The second reason was the way he attacked me in this battle, my plan was that my opponent would attack me in the front but the reverse was the case.

BATTLE RULES
Holy Protection: All the monsters have the divine shield ability.
In this case, it takes the second attack affects the armor or health of the targeted monsters.
Odd Ones Out: Only monsters with odd Mana may be used in the battles.
This simply means that monsters with odd numbers can Only be used in this particular battle. Odd numbers like 1, 3, 5, 7. That is the reason you could see monsters with this odd Mana when selecting monsters for this battle.
BATTLE ARRANGEMENTS
BABY UNICORN: Only 16 Mana were given in this battle. Choosing big monsters with simple messages there would be no more Mana for other monsters.
Baby unicorn was the monster to lead the attack due to the magic attack. Using this monster in any position rather than the first position would render this monster useless in terms of attacking; aside from first position, a baby unicorn won't be able to attack in any position.
The strengthened ability was another factor that made me add a baby unicorn to my selection. If not for this strengthening ability, stitch leech would have been eliminated in the first round of this battle. Stitch leech wouldn't have had an opportunity to attack in this battle.
ADELADE BRIGHTWING: The nature of the battle made me to choose Adelade brightwing. The repair ability was very useful in this battle.
Feral Spirit would have killed stitch leech in the second round but Adelade Brightwing repaired its armor which made it hard for feral Spirit to look kill.
It was repairing the baby unicorn's armor each round; that was the reason the baby unicorn was unable to kill until the last-minute baby unicorn was poisoned.
STITCH LEECH: One thing I did was that, I made sure all my monsters were able to attack irrespective of their positions. Stitch leech was able to remove the divine shield ability on the silvershield assassin, which made it simple to kill. It made the job easier.
IT IS PROFITABLE TO PLAY SPLINTERLANDS AND POST ARTICLES
Yes. It is profitable to play Splinterlands and post articles on hive platform. I am one of the testimonies.
Splinterlands and hive had helped me in so many ways. I would have borrowed money from an app or bank when I needed money; the money I earned here made me escape the loan.
The reason I don't like to borrow money from apps or banks is that they won't allow you to have a good sleep. Before the months you promised elapse, they will be threatening you with calls.
A friend of mine told me the ordeal he went through when he had no money to pay by the end of the contract.
A friend I believe would lend me the money was battling with his challenges. Therefore, when I saw what he was battling with, I could not ask him to lend me money.
I withdrew the money I made from Splinterlands and hive to solve my challenge. The money was enough for me; and a little amount remained in my hand.
This is the reason one needs to have passive income incase when other sources fail.
Well! Splinterlands and hive is here for you, you don't need anything to start hive but if you want to speed things up, you can buy Hive power (HP) to give value to your votes.
Hive is also crypto; you can buy it and keep it since we are in bear season. I remember when 1 hive was above $1. Therefore, you can sell it when the price increases.

Lack of patience has cost some people a lifetime opportunity, they want something that gives them money instantly but they forget it is not the same day we plant a crop that we also harvest it.... People are really missing out, most complain they dont earn from blogging when there are lot of opportunity flying around to earn from, some will say they dont know what to write about when gameplay is very easy to write on. I know some people that only blogging about games and still earn on a long term but some just want the quick cash which isnt possible so they quit when the quick cash option isnt available
