THE MOST SUITABLE BATTLE TO USE ANTOID PLATOON

antoid.png
Hello splinterlords and splinterladies around, how are you? The battle is getting tough as we are moving higher from one league to another. I met some players, no matter how I arrange my monsters, I can never defeat them except if they did not submit their battles before the time. They are too strong for me to defeat.
Yesterday I got 10 daily chests, and I opened all of them. My total worth for yesterday's loot chest was approximately $1.
Today, I also have a target of reaching daily chest of 10; right now, I have reached 10. I am just waiting for the time to open them.
I am improving in this recent development; last season was not easy for me. With all my effort to reach more than 50
Season chest was futile because I did not reach my target before the season ended. I believe that this season, I can reach season chests 50.
I have 43 season chests presently, if i can play like yesterday and today, i believe i can reach 50 season chests or more than 50.

MY ANTOID PLATOON DOESN’T HAVE SCAVENGER ABILITY, YET IT IS POWERFUL
Antoid platoon is a fire monster with only two abilities. The abilities are:
SHIELD ABILITY: this ability reduces melee and ranged attack but has nothing to do with magic monsters. Magic monsters make these monsters useless, that is the reason when using these type monsters, you make sure the rules of the battle rule out magic monsters.
It also reduces the blast ability damage on both melee and ranged attack monsters.
SCAVENGER ABILITY: this ability adds health when monsters are killed in the battles. I have this type of monster in my monster collection.
My Antiod platoon does not have this ability but delivers well whenever I use it in battles.

THE MOST SUITABLE BATTLES TO USE ANTOID PLATOON
When it comes to Antoid platoon, the players' opinions are different; some players are using it to defend and start battles due to its shield ability, while some are using Antoid platoon based on the rules of the battles.
The major battles I used in Antoid platoon are battles where the rules stated the following: super sneak, equal opportunity and where melee monsters are allowed to attack irrespective of their positions.
I use it often when the super sneak rule is given in battles, and Antoid platoon happens to be the last monster in my lineup. In this type of rule, Antoid platoon takes time before it is eliminated. I knew that most of the melee monsters would attack from behind.

RULESET

  • EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: all monsters have the opportunity ability. This simply means that monsters with lowest health would be the first attack in this type of rule.

  • EVEN STEVENS: Only monsters with even mana costs may be used in the battles. Mathematically, even numbers are divisible by two such as 2,4,6,8, and
So, Monsters with such mana cost can only be used in this type of battles

LINEUP

magnor.png

  • MAGNOR: The battle rule made me choose Magnor as my first monster; failure to choose Magnor would have resulted in my failure.
Without Magnor in the lineup, my opponent monsters would have attacked my monsters with the smallest health such as furious chicken and ant miner.
Therefore, the taunt ability was the major factor that made Magnor unique, and when a monster with taunt ability is in the battles, 95% of the monsters attack it.
This was exactly what happened here, all my opponent monsters kept attacking only Magnor while my monsters kept on eliminating opponent monsters with lowest health.
That was the reason, by the end of the first round, three monsters were already eliminated from my opponent's lineup- furious chicken, scorch fiend and Cerberus.

  • ANTOID PLATOON: what a really good combination, I never knew that my opponent would use Zaku, which gave all friendly monsters blast ability. I just used Aniiod platoon to take over when Magnor is eliminated; Antoid platoon did two major works: it reduced the damage done by blast ability, and attacked.
Just like the way I planned it, when Magnor was eliminated in the second round; Antoid platoon became the leading monster and led the battle to victory.

cerberus.png

  • CERBERUS: one of the dependable monsters in this battle. Its speed was very vital in this battle and I don't want it to be defeated easily; that was the reason I placed it as the third monster in my lineup. Cerberus was the first monster to attack in this battle; it attacked a scorch fiend and eliminated it.
In the second round, it attacked the kobold miner and eliminated it. All these could happen due to its higher speed. Cerberus was the monster with the highest speed in this battle.
Its melee was also a good advantage to me, it damaged four health from opponent monsters in just an attack.

doctor blight.png

  • DOCTOR BLIGHT: I am sure this monster won’t be attacked in this battle despite the equal opportunity due to its camouflage ability; unless it leads the battle or remains the only monster in the battle.
I also needed the poison ability of this monster to damage the health of my opponent monsters.

ant miner.png

  • ANT MINER: I tried my best to use ant miner because of the scavenger ability. By the time the battle was in the last round, the ant miner had already gained 8 health. Even though my opponent still had monsters left in the battle, it would have been difficult for my opponent to win.
Because the rest of my opponent monsters would have kept on attacking Cerberus while Cerberus would have kept on increasing its health which would have been very difficult to eliminate.

furious chicken.png

  • FURIOUS CHICKEN: i used all my mana while I was left with sixth position. Since furious chicken is a zero mana, it was the best monster to fit in.
Only two monsters were eliminated in my lineup- Magnor and furious chicken.

In conclusion, Antoid platoon is good for battle like this especially when small mana is given. I always use this monster and I will keep on using it.

Interesting post, but you can do much better with formatting and embellishing it for a good presentation. Justifying the text and cropping the images well could help.

Thank you for the correction. I will try it next time.
