The New Rule Require Smartness and Techniques
Good day to all Splinterlands warriors! How are you doing today?
When I saw this rule when I was playing ranked battles today, I was interested to share the battle.
The first time I saw the ‘blood moon’ ruleset in battle, I wondered what kind of rule it was until I engaged in the battle. When I engaged in the battle, I realized that all my monsters had bloodlust ability.
How does the blood moon change the whole game
Blood moon rule can change the whole game, just like in this battle, there are monsters that have an advantage over others. For instance, monsters with opportunity monsters have advantage over other monsters- this was because they attacked monsters with the smallest health and increased their stats. If not the position the Vengeful Monk and Olivia of the Brook, I would have been defeated. If both monsters were in the middle, my opponent would have won. My sneak monster was able to attack and eliminate them.
Magic monsters worked better: You could see that the magic monsters were increasing their stats. It is because the magic monsters attacked the health directly. As big as Commander Slade, he could not eliminate a monster. Hence, the best monsters to fight this battle are magic monsters.

Blood Moon
Units gain bloodlust at the start of the battle.
This was my first time seeing a monster like this, and I was very happy to see how the battle would look like; so that I can prepare myself when next time I see such a rule in my battle.

Splinter: Water
Level: 2 ⭐⭐
Ability: Enfeeble and Dodge
Speed: 5 ⚡⚡⚡⚡⚡
Health: 9 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️♥️
Armor 5 🪖🪖🪖🪖🪖
Attack: Melee
Mana: 10
There was no best position rather than first position for Commander Slade in this battle. Commander Slade can only attack in the first position- it was a melee monster, and the melee monster like Commander Slade fits in the first position.
I also believe that high number of health and armor made it harder and difficult for opponent’s monsters to eliminate Commander Slade.
The dodge ability made it harder for **Olivia the Brook to evade the melee attack; and if Olivia the Brook eliminated Commander Slade, it would have increased the stats of **Olivia the Brook.
This action would have made it harder for Captain Fellblade to destroy it.
Warwall Juggernaut
Splinter: Water💧💧💧
Level: 2 ⭐⭐
Ability: Reach and Armored Strike
Speed: 3 ⚡⚡⚡
Health: 10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Attack: Melee
Mana: 9
Seriously speaking, the health of Warwall Juggernaut made it stay long in the battle.
At first stage, it damaged the Skyspire Leopard’s armor by **armored strike, then, attacked again. Skyspire Leopard retaliated and damaged the armor of Warwall Juggernaut. It was eliminated in the round of 3.
Captain Fellblade
Splinter: Water 💧💧💧
Level: 1 ⭐
Ability: Sneak
Speed: 4 ⚡⚡⚡⚡
Health: 6 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️
Attack: Magic
Mana: 8
The blood lust ability gave Captain Fellblade more power as he was eliminating monsters in this lineup, and the stats increased. This was what gave me joy in this battle and that is the reason I love shared battle.
It was my first time seeing all monsters with bloodlust ability, and the bloodlust worked in my favour. I believe that it was bloodlust that made me to win the battle- without bloodlust, Night Reaper would have been a nightmare for me, and
Captain Fellblade would not have increased stats.
Saltwater Mage
Splinter: Water 💧💧💧
Level: 1 ⭐
Ability: Sneak
Speed: 2 ⚡⚡
Health: 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Attack: Magic
Mana: 8
You can see the reason why I would have lost! **Saltwater Mage could not attack in this battle because it was the first monster that was eliminated. Halfling Refugee could not attack while all my opponent's monsters were attacking. It was like minus -2 from my lineup.
It was like 6 soldiers were fighting against 4 soldiers! The purpose I used saltwater Mage was not fulfilled.
Abyssal Elemental
Splinter: Water 💧💧💧
Level: 1 ⭐
Ability:Resurgence
Speed: 2 ⚡⚡
Health: 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amor: 2 🪖🪖
Attack: Magic
Mana: 6
The resurgence ability always energized me to use it- I knew if it was killed, it would come back to the battle with full heart and armor. Abyssal Elemental contribution was massive, eliminated Skyspire Leopard at the first stage and contributed to the elimination of some of the monsters.
It was one of the three monsters that was not eliminated in this battle.
Halfling Refugee
Splinter: Neutral ⚔️⚔️⚔️
Level: 1 ⭐
Ability
Speed: 3 ⚡⚡⚡
Health: 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Attack: Melee
Mana: 1
I knew that Halfling Refugee I would not attack in this battle but I used to protect a monster with sneak ability. I thought my opponent would use a sneak monster and the best thing I could do to delay such a monster was to use Halfling Refugee.
