Schnitzel is "schnitzel" in many languages, even in dutch, french and english, so !The Schnitz! must be something different, although they have put an image of a Wiener Schnitzel with lemon and parsley on the Poster.

It cant be a German thing though, because Germans eat Schnitzel with a sauce wherein the Schnitzel has to swim. That's disgusting!

I have no idea, except I have heard of an Australian franchise company called "Schnitz". They are specialized in all kinds of Schnitzel. Maybe the first Belgian Schnitz restaurant opens on Friday?
