Do you type into the directly or do you have an external note you type and then copy it to be published? Or is it a glitch with your phone or computer?
I'll recommend having an external note where you can type your contents.
I usually just put it in Ecency and it autosaves. My mistake was I let it go over a day or two without saving a draft so it vanished. I'm looking at some options to make my work more protected from glitches.
