there should be a cap also on private companies and the majority of people should be aware of who they are support and what ethics they have.
I don't believe in caps in free markets. There is too much legislation already but the second part of this sentence is absolutely spot on and would use people power to make a cap happen. If people only supported who they thought were acting ethically and responsibly, the consumers would be in full control of the companies!
The problem is...people want cheap, and price always trumps ethics and responsibility in the eyes of the consumer. Its stalemate!

I understand people are against the cap thing. I just don't believe in CEO's ability to be non-greedy xD
If they didn't get millions in salary or bonuses, the hardworking people at the bottom could be paid 1-2 dollars more an hour! Making the middle class richer xD
