The business model behind social networking and distant communication services has always been fascinating to me. And once one becomes part of the problem; can't see the problem.
I don't use discord. I'm sure I miss out on plenty of opportunities like: Spending all day on discord complaining about how's there very little engagement on Hive. Or sitting on discord all day talking about how posts are going unnoticed on Hive. Or sitting on discord all day talking about how nobody is around to vote and support content. Or sitting on discord for 12 hours talking about how that post you wrote took 2 hours to produce, and nobody noticed.
