Beans is one of the most like food almost by every male gender in this end of the world including myself. I like beans no doubt about that. Basically,it's very rear you will find female gender to like beans but it's mostly like by almost all make gender here in Nigeria. To prepare isn't what a special strategies are needed before you can prepare it or get it done. Moreso,it doesn't require much recipes to prepare it because beans has this unique taste. Let me just put you through how I prepare my own special delicacy.
HOW I PREPARED THE BEANS WITH RECIPES USED
- BEANS
- ONION
- SALT
- MARCHED RED PEPPER
- RED OIL
STEP BY STEP PREPARATION.
To prepare the beans first thing to be done is to pick the beans,it's just a way of picking out or sorting out stones and other dirties from the beans
After I was done sorting the beans ,the next thing I did was to wash the beans with clean water. When I was done washing I added onion that has been diced and with a little bit of salt. You don't add much salt when cooking beans because if much salt is added,it's very hard for such beans to eatable or enjoyable.
After the salt and diced onions have been added, the next thing to do is put it on cooking device , basically I used gas cooker for some minutes maybe 45 minutes or more.
While the beans is almost getting done ,I was preparing the marched pepper to be added to the beans.
After I have marched the red pepper mixed with maggi ,I added it to the already cooked beans (it has gotten soft)
Finally,I added small amount of palm oil quantity to make the beans look reddish and left it to get done .
Then after a while that I have added the recipes I left to be done for like 6minutes.
