There is nothing some people will not do because of money. You see these content creators on YouTube, TikTok and the likes, they have transported themselves into doing the unthinkable and the unimaginable, and you’d think they have gone nuts. For God’s sake, why can’t you focus on producing good content that will leave a lasting impression on people rather than doing nonsense all because of likes and views? Or even the misleading titles as clickbaits?
Why am I saying this?
You know, the times when there were always rumours around that some bloggers fake deaths of actors and actresses, only for you to click and find some irrelevant stories, and before you know it, no one died; they just wanted views and nothing more.
There is another trend now that says, “if e reach your turn….” The truth is, this is just another passing away thing, and I find it unreasonable when I see people copying and doing the same thing. Like, must we actually copy them, too?
Well, I don’t blame anyone because we are in the world, and things would definitely influence everyone, but you are responsible for what you do. You can either be influenced rightly or wrongly.
The worst of it all with this trend is seeing a content creator who had all the ingredients to make vegetable stew and the next thing was the caption: if e reach your turn, waste your gas. And the so-called guy started eating everything raw like an animal. Eating the raw vegetable, drinking palm oil, eating raw cow's skin, dried uncooked fish, and even salt.
That’s the height of madness to me. Why would you choose to turn yourself into an animal, all because of views and money? That doesn't make sense. He could have taken his time to think and come up with something good.
Then last night, I saw another person, a lady who carried her gas to the toilet to prepare indomie, and she was using the water from the WC (water closet) to prepare and then ate it. Very gross!
Like, how would a normal being take water from such a place, something mixed with urine and poo, then all you have to do is video and record yourself eating such a meal? Why are people like this? It’s very sad, truly.
For such a lady now, how would she want to explain herself to those close to her or that she was only making a content? Like, I saw a comment about this and people were condemning such an act. Why would such an idea just cross your mind and then you make it a public thing?
Seriously, we need to know the right thing to do, and we could just produce good content that will impact lives rather than the other way around.
I have been seeing another skit by a popular comedian who had some groups of people as his members in a small studio called a church, and they started doing all manner of things and using the name of Jesus as their cover.
When I watched that, all I could say was that “God is indeed a patient God,” because tell me why you’d take the name of God for the wrong purpose. What are you trying to portray? Truth be told, we are in the era of grace because when you read the Old Testament, you will know what people went through.
Do you remember the story of Uriah? When David and his men went to carry the Ark of God but they didn’t do it the right way. As they were going, and the ark was about to fall, Uriah, in his good heart and with a good intention, wanted to save it from falling.
To him, he acted well and wanted to protect the ark, but what happened? God struck him immediately and he died. That experience taught me that sometimes good intentions don’t concern God and holiness when it comes to obedience with instructions.
In those days, you dare not use the name of God anyhow, but what do we have today? The world is indeed going to an end and we’d see more things happening in the future because we haven’t seen anything yet. May God help us.

I fear for the next generation even more, ever since this monetisation a lot of people have lost their sense of reason, majority sold their shame and others risk their health without consideration. You can barely find any educating content. May God help them.

Some content creators act like they were raised by insane parents rather than normal parents. For me, it is the audacity with which they post such vile content all to create hype and take in money.
God is indeed patient but when soon, He will come to judge and at that time, ignorance or whatever lame excuse will not be an escape

I find those people sick and crazy, lioe they really do it just for the view and of course the money. It doesn't matter if what they did is really shameful, as long as they get what they want. They'll do even worse the next time when they see it went viral. But what actually push them to do such things was also because of the watchers who enjoy those kind of things. It will never go viral if no one watch them right. Aigoooo. Some so called "influencers" or content creators are actually doing really good influencing some people a real bad thing 🙂

What to say? The situation became so worse that now people or so called digital content creator are ready to do any thing. I guess they are ready to dance without cloths also. I am just tired of it and that's why I am not so active in other social media. It's should not be like that but, that's how it is and we can't control them also.
