Hope you all are doing well.

Today I will share with you a new technique of art that is Water colour resistant Technique. In this I have made under water scene.

Firstly drawn underwater scene with pencil.

I have used white oil pastel colour for the outlining.

Then started using water colour.

Heres my full art.

• Ivory sheet
• Water colours
• Oil pastel colour
• Pencil
