As to the discords you mention as far as I know all the projects accept anyone, although most is written in Spanish. In the event you use their post-promotion channel (when available) you should see what other kinds of posts are being left and ask (use DeepL or google translate).
My Discord Community is open to all. There are only English and Spanish chat channels and post-promotion channels, but any language is okay in the English post-promotion channel. Someday I may get around to adding a few more languages. Never enough time in the day.
