Greetings again my dear friends I hope you are all very well, everything will always be a matter of perspective, and the sound we all capture them in different ways and for different purposes, for some that sound that may be unwanted, for others it is pleasant, that is, there are sounds that some perceive them as a noise while others as a sweet melody, of course, there are noises that nobody likes, becoming so annoying even for our auditory health.

Sound is generally propagated through the air until it reaches our ears, this makes us auditory capture the environment around us, we are hardly isolated from the phenomenon of sound, we are naturally sources of sound generation, so it makes us friendly to this phenomenon from the moment we are born, and even when we are in the womb of our mothers, now, is it possible to use sound through certain musical melody to concentrate on the realization of some of our activities?

Surely most people reading this question would answer that everything will depend on the activity we are doing, where concentration is not so demanded, since there are activities where attention plays a great role, and the use of any sound, no matter how pleasant it may be, may represent an element of dispersion of our attention, and thus, of adequate performance in what we are doing, therefore, how could we interpret the use of musical sound during a school or academic learning process?

This question has been generated very often among students at any level, especially at higher levels, and the answer is linked to the taste of each person, so the answer cannot be generalized, they are particular cases, for example, there are students who are accustomed to study with a type of music that they like and relaxes them, and thus manage to make the learning process more bearable and enjoyable to their interests, this represents an admirable action for other people who need total silence to concentrate during an educational learning process.

There are students who only listen to music depending on the degree of difficulty of a subject, that is, if they consider that it represents for them a low degree of difficulty, then, they will certainly use music when studying those subjects, and when they consider that it represents a high degree of difficulty, then, they leave aside the fact of listening to music in order to obtain the highest degree of concentration possible.

Undoubtedly, sounds, whether pleasant or not, represent external elements that constitute a possible distraction in any learning process for any student, but some of them manage to use them and reverse them, instead of being a distracting element, transforming it into an element of help for the acquisition of certain knowledge, if they manage to do this, they can implement it as far as they consider necessary, always taking care that it does not become a silent element of dispersion of their attention to achieve their educational purpose.

If there is one thing that every disciplined student takes care of, it is their concentration and attention during any learning process, and many choose to separate the activity of listening to music from that of any learning process, of course, with its exceptions, as has already been mentioned.

Until another opportunity my dear friends.
