[EN/PT-BR] Talk to someone, plan and make your idea come to life!

Talking to people and exchanging information and ideas is something we should take seriously! I know we often don't want to express ourselves, to share a cool idea that we're sure will be beneficial for our personal or professional development. OK, we have to be careful with ideas; someone can steal them, but if you have someone you trust, wow, that's amazing! You can talk, express yourself, ask for advice or help—anything can happen. After all, an idea is priceless, and in fact, it can yield amazing results for everyone!

I often get stuck thinking that my idea is mine alone and no one else's, and, damn, everything stalls because of it. Sometimes I don't have the dexterity to actually put this idea into practice, but what if I talk to someone who does and can actually make it happen? In these cases, I love to remember something I thought of: the story of the scientist and the mechanic, in which the scientist is very intelligent and always has cool ideas, but has zero skill in physically constructing his ideas, while the mechanic, with normal and not-so-amazing ideas, can do everything in the physical "construction" field!

Anyway, don't get attached to the titles of scientist and mechanic; these are just examples to illustrate my point. Maybe you're good at coming up with ideas but terrible at putting them into practice. You might have a friend who's not so good at ideas, but is great at crafts. And what happens when you two team up? A big project! Finally, the time comes to put it all into practice, to get the big idea off the ground (or, in this case, out of your head) and somehow build it into reality. The union of mind and muscle (wow!) can result in something fantastic!

Finally, I've always tried to find the right people and try to apply my ideas in some way. Of course, if they reach out to me too and I can contribute in some way, I do my part to help. This way, we can create something the market needs or that our friends and neighbors need. It's not all about money, obviously, so just being able to put an idea into practice and thus be able to develop it and help people—wow! That would be amazing too! So, talk, plan, and execute your ideas! The result will be incredible!

Conversar com as pessoas e realizar a troca de informação e ideias é algo que devemos levar a sério! Sei que muitas vezes não queremos nos expressar, de passar para frente uma ideia bacana na qual temos a certeza de que será algo legal para o desenvolvimento pessoal ou profissional. OK, temos que ter cuidado com as ideias, alguém pode roubá-las, mas se você tem alguém de confiança, caramba, isso é sensacional! Você pode conversar, se expressar, pedir conselhos ou ajuda, qualquer coisa pode acontecer, afinal, uma ideia não tem preço e, na verdade, ela pode dar um retorno sensacional para todos!

Muitas vezes fico preso nesse pensamento de que a minha ideia é só minha e de mais ninguém e, caramba, tudo fica parado por isso. Às vezes não tenho a destreza de conseguir colocar em prática essa ideia, mas e se eu conversar com alguém que tem e consegue realmente fazer acontecer com essa ideia? Nestes casos, amo lembrar de algo que pensei: a história do cientista e do mecânico, no qual o cientista é muito inteligente e vive tendo ideias bacanas, mas tem zero habilidade em construir suas ideias de forma física, enquanto que o mecânico, com ideias normais e não muito incríveis, consegue fazer de tudo no assunto “construção” física!

Enfim, não se apegue aos cargos de cientista e mecânico, isso são somente exemplificações para representar o que estou querendo dizer. Talvez você seja bom em ideias, mas horrível em colocá-las em prática, mas pode ter um amigo que não é tão bom de ideias, mas em trabalhos manuais ele seja ótimo. E o que acontece quando vocês dois se unem? Um grande projeto! Finalmente chega o momento de colocar tudo em prática, tirar do papel (ou, no caso, da sua cabeça) a grande ideia e construí-la de alguma forma na realidade, sendo assim a união de mente e músculos (wow) pode resultar em algo fantástico!

Por fim, tenho tentado sempre encontrar as pessoas certas e assim buscar aplicar de alguma forma as minhas ideias. Claro que, se elas me buscam também e eu posso contribuir de alguma forma, faço a minha parte em ajudar. Assim, podemos criar algo que o mercado precise ou que nossos amigos e pessoas por perto precisem, nem tudo é dinheiro, obviamente, então só de conseguir colocar uma ideia em prática e assim conseguir fazer com que ela se desenvolva e auxilie as pessoas, caramba! Isso também seria sensacional! Então, converse, planeje e execute as suas ideias! O resultado será incrível!
