Honestly, I don't really use him much either. I just love him from Steem Monsters Tavern (live radio episodic that had like 24 episodes)... and sure, he's good in very specific situations.
But I do like your idea of potentially giving value to things like Rusty, who, for whatever reasons, do fare as well as hoped ;)
I can't wait to see what land sales really add to the ecosystem!
