There are some nations that are more restless than others. US, UK, France, China, Turkey are some examples. There are others minding their business, but losing territory little by little. I am not sure what is the best way to react. I just wish our politicians were not so corrupted though...
The UK and US government have their own vendetta as well. Most government of the world profits from terrorism, it's why it's difficult to completely eradicate it.
