The freaky sparrow is ready to dry.

Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
Cloudy day here in my area and the air is a little cold. The winter seems to be just around the corner and thi will be the firt winter of my younger furry friend Bimba. Just to know, Bimba is not so happy about the cold weather and when she went out in the backyard soon in the morning she came back at home in just few minutes. 😁

During these days I'm working on different things. Using different materials and techniques, from paint on paper or canvas to sculpt the clay, everything seems so interest to try for me. It's a very fruitful time for my imaginations, it seems. ❤️

Yesterday, in the afternoon, I started to work on a ne (small) canvas and
this morning I gave it the last touches of colors so now that piece is ready to dry and I can show you the final result:

As you can see, the subject is another freaky bird (a sparrow in this case) with a tiny house on the body.
It's an oil colors painting on a small canvas in 24 cm x 18 cm (9.4" x 7") sized and, like I use to do, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:

When it will be dry enough, I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home!

I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia

Is a sparrow and also looks like a fish, I love it!

Yesss, it looks like a fish too! It was one of the first thing I thought when I painted and, just to know, I'm working on a fish similar to this bird. ❤️
