That's a nice ride you made there.

About the cycling bib shorts; they mostly protect your bum. They also have some paddingnin front, but not that much.
If you get a numb feeling when you do longer rides, you could also try to adjust your saddle a bit. You could move it a bit back or tilt it slightly. Maybe that helps. You just have to try it out.
Long rides never feel comfortable though. But you can make it acceptable 😂

Yea saddle adjustments is something I'm still testing with, I found out today when I sit too far back on my saddle, I feel the same spot as Thursday, adjustments are hard tho because I loosen two bolts and then both setback and tilt can be adjusted instead of separate bolts for both
