Description from Strava: First time riding with my new heartrate monitor, I was actually thinking it would be quite a boring ride to go slower but I want to train my aerobic zone as well, sometimes you have to just try things and it wasn't that bad!
There was a storm and while keeping my heartrate around 124 bpm I didn't even mind the headwind.
Last 30 minutes I trained at normal speed and it's when it started to rain and the wind was increasing, by now I had the wind in the back and it was a lot of fun, rain and leaves flying around while I could reach pretty high speeds π.
Next storm I'll start with zone 2 training again π
