Lille-Hardelot ride

in Cycling2 months ago

Hi cycling friends!

Maybe you remember my presentation to the cycling community where I showed my bikes. I said I was preparing myself for a famous ride in my area, Lille-Hardelot. Well, I have done it!

It was very much fun, riding with 7200 other cyclists on the countryside roads. The weather was very nice for cycling, a little chilly in the morning, and sunny at the end without too much heat. The length of the ride was 165 km with a total ascent of 1300 m. It was my longest ride ever, and I was very happy to finish it 😎

Here are a few pictures of me riding.

As always in the north of France, we got a good beer at the end!

Sea, bike and sun!

The trip back home on the train was fun also!

Sure, I would do it again next year if possible.

You got some awesome pictures there and it sounds really great especially with the large number of riders...thanks for sharing
