Weekly Meetings
Procedure Adjustment:
- Allocate time for introductions, especially for new participants.
- Ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable in the space.
Community Focus:
- Aim to grow the network and foster a strong sense of community by expanding to Meetup.
Ask a Question:
- Encourage participants to share what abilities they would like to develop.
End-of-Meeting Space:
- Dedicated time for participants to ask for help, hugs, or just to be heard.
Karelia's Meeting
- Ideas for Groups:
- Organizing nature walks for moms and kids, collecting minerals, making pigments, and painting.
- Mindful walks focusing on connecting with nature (Forest Therapy).
Activation Meeting
- Three-Part Activation:
- Complete challenges after each week.
- Special gift for first-time participants (NFT badges).
- Create a sense of acceptance and belonging with a pack of information.
- Include affirmations and simple actions (e.g., looking in the mirror and saying "I love you" three times).

tl;dr: We set individual goals around a common theme to co-manifest in 12 weeks, and meet each week to log our progress and set new goals.
