In that type of world, disobedience would be more like it without one shred of evidence or patience to determine the behavior was because due to sociopathic behavior. Now a days they have medications that could have helped him focus so he wouldn't drive people crazy being unable to focus to the point they no longer wanted him around or want to beat the crap out of him.

In an anarchic world we will know our neighbors much better, and they us.
The troublemakers will soon be well known, and presented with options.
I don't know if you've noticed, but many of us have.
'Medicine' was taken over by the rockerfellas a long time ago.
The natural way of healing, food, was oppressed, any 'doctors' not getting with the new oil based program was cancelled.
You couldn't pay me to go to doctor.
You will have to force me to take his poisons.
I will fight, I can't speak for others, but when folks start pushing back others grow some hair, too.
Freedom isn't free to get back once you surrender it.
Perfection is not an option.
Not all medicine is bad, granted I wouldn't take new medications on the market until they've been proven to work by "millions" of other people first, like as for years and years. You get deathly sick, near dying and you'll make the trek. Really, what's that telling your family that you rather die when all natural options have failed and leave them in this world alone. I doubt it.
Nobody wants your options, they want their own. Same as it ever was. That's what you are peddling, but much, much worse.
Any drug less than 100 years old is an ongoing medical experiment and whoever takes it is a lab rat.
Nobody knows if your kid is going to have webbed toes from you taking it.
Anybody using violence or fraud to harm others will only have one real option, and this is to stop doing it.
IF they don't stop on their own, they will be made to stop.
Civilized society demands it.
So, as long as you don't physically harm others, nor trick them out of their stuff, it is unlikely that you will even know who the animal control people are, nor that they really exist.
'That's just a story they tell to the kids to keep them in line.'
Freedom is nearly always the better choice.
Giving somebody authority over you is a recipe for disaster, imo.
