There's need to take note of what we feed the mind because our thought becomes our habit.

Examining the mind to figure out how it affects one's behavior is a term known to be PSYCHOLOGY.

We all are prone to making bad decisions and acting bad but the state in which we take time to study the mind and behavior helps prevent making bad decisions.

psychology comes with a lot of positive benefits, it is a form of discipline.

Sometimes we are amused as to why some people act the way they act, psychology help provide answers to such questions.

The mind is a fragile type and accommodates whatever it is given, this one way or the other affects the end product which is our behavior.

A positive mind brings forth a positive behavior and a negative one gives a negative behavior likewise.

This brings me to @tough post titled OVERCOMING NEGATIVITY
where he talked about overcoming negativity and how it can affect our psychological acts.

He said:

According to Leon Brown, "the negativity of positivity you bring into the moment decides the direction your life goes into, For negativity can influence our thoughts, actions, affecting our psychological act

There's is need to sieve what comes to the mind and better way to do this is having a solid psychology

The beauty of decision-making is making the right decision. Having to take note of how the mind works helps in decision making, profitable decisions, living and feeding the mind with positive things is one great benefit psychology offers.

psychology helps to construct a positive and meaningful behavior as it is a way of reflection on the inner self before action.

Different thing works for different people, taking note of the mind and behavior help to figure out what is best for oneself and what works for an individual

A FORM OF DISCIPLINE

We all are responsible for our choices, choice that can make us and break us, allowing negative thoughts into the mind gives negative behavior. Having to study the mind to figure out its effect on behavior gives the option of allowing positive things to the mind it is all just up to an individual to make the right choice.

There's is need to study the mind and help make it a better place because there comes individual behavior.

Make your mind positive because your mind becomes your behavior.
