Well written, I'm a curator too, at least with the little upvote I can give. It's not easy especially if you have to be decisive and if there are many original contents but little vote weight to distribute. Well I just tell people to do their thing when it comes to content creating and add whatever value and write what others would want to read.

Yes, curating posts isn´t easy because as you upvote, the value keeps reducing and it becomes a matter of "who should I curate first" when there is much original content available, but just as you have said, we should do our thing and hope that we would be curated when it´s time.
