!PIZZA some good little nuggets of advice in there @merit.ahama . I particularly liked that you included things like taking time to rest and restore our bodies through meditation, sleep and eating correctly. These are all very important to maintaining physical, mental and emotional health, and one needs a healthy springboard to success 🙏
