RE: Why This Is A Mind Game

Being and staying on target will certainly make you stronger. I haven't done a lot of dieting in my life, because honestly I eat very little, I'm not usually hungry, in fact the only time of the day when I'm really hungry is breakfast. I hardly eat flour, but because my body doesn't ask me to, I mean I look at bread and I say... I don't feel like it, I prefer fruit, I'm a fan of fruit, but I try to have a balanced diet because I don't like meat but I eat it because it's good for me. Almost no sugar, because honestly I'm used to it and I don't crave it. But I have been on diets because I had 3 or 4 kilos more than I wanted to have, but not because it was wrong, and with discipline and perseverance you can do it and now I lead a balanced life.

The dishes I see are delicious and full of colour, just as I like! Keep going! Keep going! What we do for ourselves is the best gift we can give ourselves, to love ourselves. Hugs!

Fruit is good but moderately as it has a lot of sugar. I also have fruits every day but limited portions and not every fruit.

The majority of people eat what they like and what looks and tastes good, but that doesn't mean it's healthy. So knowing what is healthy can save you from a lot of trouble and the other thing is portion size and balance.

Thanks for your input on the topic and have a nice weekend :)

I always eat small amounts, but not because I limit myself but because I am like that, I eat little and I try to balance everything in the right measure. It's important to be aware of what we eat, thanks to you.

Have a great day!
