If it suits your needs and you are happy there then it is more valuable to you and is a personal investment. I am going to drive down possibly next week and see where we are with market valuations and if I need to change the property title for business use. Our current home in Johannesburg we got for a steal and this should do a 3 x within less than 10 years if modernized and renovated properly.
