Congrats for sticking to your plan to take better care of yourself. I agree, even though it is the holidays, it is best to stay on track to meet your goals. I started a keto-low carb lifestyle change two months ago. It was an enormous task for me with having to cook for hubby that loves, bread, sweets, rice, and pasta dishes. But I'm doing my best to stay as keto friendly as I can. I know how difficult it can be, so I wish you all the best and luck in reaching your goal. The new year will bring us both better health!!!!
Thank you dear @sunscape. I know about keto but not familiar with it to the letter. However, low carb is my goal too. I have an app that tells me how much fat, carb and protein I had each day.
Cooking for non dieters, while on diet is a challenge, but you can do it. I do the same and even the temptation is there, I want my goal reached more than those dishes :)
