WOW, really? 8 months no playing and then this? Ok, am not a piano specialist, but you seem to know you way around the keys :) I guess piano playing is like the ability to ride a bike: Once we know how to do it, we'll never unlearn anymore. That said: Piano is all about the flexibilities in the hands and fingers, something that can easily deteriorate I suppose.

You mean you are the teacher for the face-2-face classes, right? Can't imagine you will be one of the students :)

Thank you very much for your comment, and if you are right with the bicycle comparison, there is muscle memory, and there are skills that are not forgotten, they are simply retaken and perfected.
And I'm not a teacher, I'm a piano student, what I wanted to say is that I have time without seeing face-to-face classes with my teacher, and I miss that.
Greetings.

Owwww, you learning the piano? You must like to become a professional. Sounds already pretty good! 😉

Thank you very much! I feel like this one is a career in which you never stop learning

That may count for any career ;) I understand what you;re saying, and I agree... When done learning one doesn't like to progress anymore which I think is loosing interest in whatever it concerns :)

Exactly friend, we have to try to stay interested in this life :)
