¡Saludos #HIVESICIANS! Les damos la cordial bienvenida de nuevo al LET'S JAM!, el cuál pasó de ser una iniciativa solo para músicos instrumentistas a ser una iniciativa hecha para todo tipo de músico, es decir, abrimos la iniciativa para cantantes.
Greetings #HIVESICIANS! We welcome you again to the LET'S JAM!, which went from being an initiative only for instrumentalists to being an initiative made for all kinds of musicians, that is, we open the initiative for singers.
La dinámica | The dynamics
Como estamos haciendo un relanzamiento, por supuesto hemos decidido comenzar con temática libre, para que todos muestren su pasión por la música sin barreras ni limitantes.
Buscamos que se diviertan creando, que conecten con otros músicos y queremos fomentar las interacciones en cada publicación, por supuesto siempre respetando los buenos parámetros musicales como lo son el tempo, el dominio del instrumento (incluyendo la voz), afinación (en caso del canto), etc, pero más allá de todo, queremos que nos muestren qué tanto aman hacer música.
Tenemos el mismo equipo de @hivesicians dentro de la iniciativa para poder mostrar a los artistas destacados de la semana, los cuales serán 2 instrumentistas y 2 cantantes.
As we are making a relaunch, of course we have decided to start with free themes, so that everyone can show their passion for music without barriers or limitations.
We want you to have fun creating, connecting with other musicians and we want to encourage interactions in each publication, of course always respecting the good musical parameters such as tempo, mastery of the instrument (including voice), tuning (in case of singing), etc, but beyond all that, we want you to show us how much you love making music.

Las reglas | The rules
Como toda iniciativa, deben existir reglas para que podamos cumplir con el objetivo de la misma el cuál es poder conglomerar a todos los artistas y otorgarles visibilidad.
Entonces acá les dejamos las reglas:
Solo se permite UNA entrada por persona.
Debes mencionar en tu vídeo el nombre de la iniciativa, tu nombre de usuario y la semana actual, por ejemplo: LET'S JAM! Semana 1, yo soy @ilazramusic y esta es mi participación.
El formato de título del post será el siguiente: LET'S JAM! | Semana (Week) 1 | (Nombre de la canción)
Invitamos a utilizar una DApp de #hive (como @threespeak o @dtube) para subir sus vídeos.
Deben postear su participación en la Comunidad HIVESICIANS para que sea tomado como entrada VÁLIDA.
Deben compartir sus participaciones en TWITTER con los hashtag #hive y #hivesicians, luego dejar el enlace a su Tweet en los comentarios de este post junto con el enlace de tu participación.
La iniciativa cerrará los días DOMINGO de cada semana con un post de Highlight de los participantes.
Repostear y votar este post NO ES obligatorio, pero se lo agradecemos de querer hacerlo.
Like all initiatives, there must be rules so that we can meet the objective of the initiative, which is to bring together all artists and give them visibility.

Los premios | The prizes
Hemos decidido cambiar la dinámica con la premiación de la iniciativa, porque como vamos a tener tanto cantantes como instrumentistas, queremos que todos se sientan parte de ello, vamos a dividir la premiación de la siguiente manera:
Un PREMIO para DOS músicos instrumentistas, los cuáles serán seleccionados de la siguiente forma: uno por decisión del equipo de Hivesicians y uno por decisión de los demás participantes, es decir, en esta publicación los otros participantes podrán votar por su participación musical favorita de la semana en el comentario de participación del mismo.
Un PREMIO para DOS cantantes, los cuáles serán seleccionados de la siguiente forma: uno por decisión del equipo de Hivesicians y uno por decisión de los demás participantes, es decir, en esta publicación los otros participantes podrán votar por su participación musical favorita de la semana en el comentario de participación del mismo.
Ambas premiaciones serán de 5 HIVE para cada uno, es decir, una recompensa de 20 HIVE semanales.

La semana pasada tuvimos solo 3 participaciones por lo que vamos a recompensar a los 3 participantes por su confianza y hemos colocado este capture por acá porque debido a temas de problemas con el servicio eléctrico en Venezuela, no se pudo estructurar el post de cierre de la semana.
Esperamos nos disculpen por las molestias ocasionadas, ya estamos ideando una manera de solventar estos problemas.
