Oh Barb, you are so preaching to the choir! Just the seven days I took off from Hive wasn't an exact break because I am right in the middle of putting the farm to bed for winter, so I will be taking your excellent advice and scheduling in a few more respite weeks in my future. A restorative winter of rest and recovery is my goal!
