Hello there! It's me, Mae!
I hope you all are doing well. Being a college student isn’t always fun, but it’s definitely filled with moments worth remembering. A day in my life may look ordinary on the outside, but for me, it’s a collection of little experiences that make the journey special.
My mornings usually start with the familiar rush of preparing for class. Most of the time, I debate whether I should eat breakfast or just hurry to school, and honestly, school usually wins.

When I reached our classroom, I placed my bag on my chair, then went outside to take a few pictures of our Activity Center, the quiet hallway, and the flowers that lined it.
Of course, college life is never free from errands. That same day, I had to get a photocopy of my Certificate of Enrollment.
But amidst all the hustle, I always find small joys that make me smile. One of those is the sight of the flowers along the hallway. They’re just there, quietly blooming, yet they never fail to brighten my day. Passing by them feels like a gentle reminder that beauty exists even in the busiest and most tiring routines. It’s amazing how something so simple can lift your mood.
And of course, I can’t talk about my day without mentioning the people who share it with me—my classmates. They’re the ones who truly make this journey unforgettable. We laugh together, make TikToks, and share endless chitchats. Whether it’s during group projects, long lectures, or random conversations between classes, they’ve become such an important part of my college life. They make every challenge easier to face.
So, what’s it really like being a college student—especially now that I’m in my 4th year, my final stretch of this journey? Honestly, it’s a mix of emotions I can barely put into words. There’s excitement knowing graduation is near, but also a hint of sadness realizing that soon, this chapter will end. Every late-night slash cramming study, group project, and spontaneous laughter inside ghe classroom now feels more meaningful than ever.
Being a 4th-year student means juggling responsibilities while preparing to face the “real world.” It’s about learning how to balance deadlines with self-care, and how to stay motivated even when things get overwhelming. There are moments of stress and exhaustion, but also moments of pride when I look back and see how far I’ve come.
As the rain pours down, just like college feels like life itself—sometimes heavy, sometimes calm. It slows you down, makes you think, and reminds you that growth often happens in the quiet moments. College has taught me more than just lessons, it taught me resilience, friendship, independence. This journey isn’t just about earning a degree—it’s about growing into the person I was meant to become.
Hoping to see you all again! Bye bye!❤️
Going to school is so stressful but it was just a preparation to the outside world 😊
Indeed! Every challenge now will pay off later.❤️
School life is so stressful and challenging but still it's so fun when friends and people you have fun in it lessens that kind of feeling every time!
Well said! It’s not just the lessons, it’s the people that make it special.😊
